Jesus had the humblest of beginnings… born in a stable and placed in a manger in Bethlehem. But he went on to become the most influential person in history. We are still talking about him (and celebrating his birthday!) 2000 later.
This Christmas, there are babies being born… and nurtured… behind bars. It’s something we don’t often think about. Thankfully, Prison Chaplains are there to support new mums in prison… offering prayer and support during pregnancy, being present at the birth and encouraging them through bible studies. Who knows? Perhaps some of these babies will go on to change the world, because of the kindness of a Prison Chaplain.
Would you consider making a donation this Christmas, to support the work of Prison Chaplains as they help parents break the cycle of crime for the next generation?
