If Adam’s story doesn’t bring a tear to your eye, then please read it again. The difference in his life from solitary confinement to married and living life in its fullness is extraordinary.
We exist to see prisoners lives transformed while they are inside and then continuing as they live in local communities.
We do this through a coordinated chaplaincy service where we place ordinary everyday Christians in prisons to witness an extraordinary God at work in the lives of those we are called to serve.
Right now, we are looking for people in Central and North Queensland, particularly in the main regional centres like Cairns, Townsville, Rockhampton and Maryborough. Just one day a week is all it takes to support those who are inside our State’s prisons.
The biblical mandate for visiting those in prison, particularly our Christian brethren, is overwhelming.
Read Matthew 25 if you’re unsure! The simple question is how do you apply this? I encourage you to speak with me about discerning whether this is God’s calling for your life?
